USE OF POLICIES

The policies cited below govern the use of this website. Write Right reserves the right to modify, update or delete policies and any of its provisions at its consideration and without prior notice. You are advised to keep yourself informed about any such updates.

Our working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday. We understand that your time is valuable, so we want to make sure that we are available to assist you at the mentioned time.

1. Payment: After making the payment, you will receive a questionnaire via email.
2. Questionnaire: The questionnaire is an essential part of our process. It provides us with the necessary details to create quality content. We request that you fill out the questionnaire as accurately and comprehensively as possible. Please ensure that you provide maximum details and all relevant documents supporting your document in the questionnaire as it will be difficult for us to accept any inputs via WhatsApp or email. Once you fill the questionnaire, it is passed directly to the writer so, we want to make sure that we have all the necessary information upfront to avoid any delays in the process.
3. Point of Contact (POC): You will be assigned a POC as your account manager who will assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about the questionnaire. Your POC will guide you through the entire process, from start to finish.
4. Delivery Date: Once you’ve submitted the questionnaire, your POC will share the delivery date with you. This is the date by which you can expect to receive your completed work.
5. Work Initiation: Your POC will initiate the work based on the inputs provided in the questionnaire. They will ensure that the work is assigned to a writer who is well-versed in the relevant subject matter. We aim to deliver your content within 2 working days, and will keep you informed in case of exceptions. Writer will be assigned for your project on the same day, if you submit the questionnaire before 2 pm.
6. Delivery: Once the work is completed, your POC will be delivering the final content to you. The content will be shared with you via email only, so, please be active on your email.
7. Feedback Meeting: The POC are restricted to take your feedback over WhatsApp or phone call as we may lose out on important modification, so, we request that you book a feedback meeting with your POC. You will receive a meeting booking link via email. Please use this link only to schedule a meeting with your POC. For your ease they will be in constant touch with you over WhatsApp to ensure that you are kept informed about the progress of your project. We want to make sure that you are always up-to-date on the status of your project and that you feel supported throughout the entire process. Alternatively, you can add comments in the document for any parts that require modification. We want to make sure that the document meets your expectations, so please don’t hesitate to provide feedback and suggestions.
8. Revision: Based on your feedback during the meeting, your POC will request the production team for necessary modifications. We will make sure to deliver the revised content as per the agreed timelines.
9. Final Delivery: Once the revisions have been made, your POC will deliver the final content to you. The writer will need at least 24 hours to make changes, so please be a little patient and cooperate. As writing is a creative process, the writer may need more time in certain cases.
10. Revision Window: We offer one free revision within 14 days of submission. If you require any changes to the content, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the content, and we will make the necessary revisions free of charge.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

As a company, we do not process any refunds or keep credit payments/words for unused words. Once the payment is made, we begin the work immediately. Our team of writers and editors work diligently to provide you with high-quality content within the agreed-upon timeline.

No further services will be provided for the last financial year. We will only be catering to the services purchased in this financial year. Purchased services need to be used within 2 weeks, or order map lapse and you may need to repurchase the service.
