As a company, we do not have a refund or credit policy. We charge for the agreed upon scope of work, and provide 1 free revision. In certain cases, the number of revisions provided from our end can be increased. This can be negotiated and finalised. We do not keep credit payment/words for unused words. However, if there are any issues with the content delivered, we offer one free revision within 07 days of submission. This revision is intended to address any concerns or issues you may have with the content delivered to you. This is also mentioned clearly in the Process Document shared with every client before making of payment.
No orders from the last financial year can be forwarded to the next financial year. All clients must avail their paid service within 2 days of payment. In case of an extension needed, this can be negotiated with your Salesperson and it will be resolved.
